The 12-week Pure Health Mentoring follows a clear, structured framework that is individually adapted to your personal starting point.
The mentoring is designed as an active, collaborative process and combines professional orientation with concrete, practical implementation in everyday life.
This is a preventive mentoring program, not medical diagnostics or therapy
Initial, Non-Binding Consultation
Before the mentoring begins, a short, non-binding introductory conversation takes place.
During this conversation, we clarify:
your current question or concern
your goals
whether the 12-week mentoring is the right format for you
or whether an individual consultation or structured health assessment may be more appropriate
This conversation serves as orientation and decision support for both sides.
1. Initial Session: Structured Health Assessment
At the beginning of the mentoring, a structured health assessment takes place.
This initial assessment creates clarity:
Where do you currently stand in terms of your health, what is relevant for you, and where are realistic starting points for change.
This includes:
an in-depth conversation about your current situation, medical history, and relevant contextual factors
clarification of the key questions
definition of initial observation areas for everyday life
Already at this stage, first concrete starting points for change are identified.
2. Initial Observation Phase (Weeks 1–2)
During the first phase, the focus is on structured self-observation.
Typical observation areas may include:
sleep
nutrition
strain and recovery
daily structure or habits
Observation is carried out using structured records (logbooks).
Depending on the individual question, a decision may be made during this phase as to whether a BIA analysis or laboratory testing may be helpful for further contextual understanding.
These assessments are optional and are carried out exclusively by external providers.
3. Evaluation and Initial Adjustments (Weeks 2–4)
Based on the records collected so far, the findings are reviewed together.
This phase includes:
identifying patterns and interrelationships
discussion of the logbooks
review of any available laboratory or BIA results
deriving initial, targeted adjustments for everyday life
Changes are implemented early and reviewed as the process continues.
4. Deepening and Ongoing Work (Weeks 5–8)
In this phase, the work is further developed and expanded.
Typical elements include:
continuation and adjustment of the logbooks
focused examination of additional habits or questions
documentation of new topics or areas of concern
refinement and further development of the changes already initiated
The focus is on effectiveness and practical feasibility in everyday life.
5. Consolidation and Completion (Weeks 9–12)
In the final phase, the insights gained throughout the process are brought together.
Key aspects include:
review of the overall process
evaluation of what has proven sustainable
clarification of any remaining questions
development of a realistic approach for the next steps
At this stage, changes are usually clearly identifiable and noticeable in daily life.
Role of Objective Data
Laboratory tests and BIA analyses are not fixed components of the mentoring.
They may be used selectively and situationally to support contextual understanding.

Distinction Between Formats
The 12-week Pure Health Mentoring is designed as a continuous support process.
For focused orientation, a one-time health assessment, or the contextual understanding of individual questions, individual sessions are available.
Optional Follow-Up Session
After completing the 12-week mentoring, an optional follow-up session can take place after approximately three months.
This session serves as a mutual reflection on which changes have remained effective in everyday life and which have integrated well into daily routines.
